1. General

These terms apply to services provided by Polymath Services Private Limited (CIN U74999AP2016PTC104127), 4th Floor, TJ Shopping Mall, SBI Circle, R.S. Road, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh - 518001. The scope, timeline and price of every project are confirmed in a written proposal or quotation before work starts, and that written document prevails over these general terms.

2. Quotes and payment

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Payment milestones are set out in each proposal. Taxes are charged as applicable.

3. Client responsibilities

The client provides content, approvals and access needed for the project in good time, and confirms they hold the rights to any material they supply. Delays in content or feedback extend timelines.

4. Ownership

On full payment, the client owns the deliverables created specifically for them. Third-party software, themes, plugins and libraries remain subject to their own licences.

5. Support and maintenance

Any support period included in a project is stated in the proposal. Ongoing maintenance is provided under a separate monthly plan.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care in all work but are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party hosting, services or changes made by others.
